      We like specials! These are going to rotate as we start trying new plates and bring the Midtown ideas to fruition. Pastas, meats, and grilled and items. We’ll announce them on social media as well as have them posted in the restaurant when we launch them.

      Enjoy three small cannolis. Ricotta orange cream filling with chocolate chips. Chocolate custard cream, and pistachio ricotta with candies orange ends.

      YES!! A warm decadent brownie, with Little Man vanilla ice cream on the side. Little Man and La Patisserie gearing up for the soon to be favorite.

    • The Big Mama

      This was a Parisian inspired dessert (from an Italian restaurant) we just love. It’s a cream puff, filled with vanilla ice cream, with warm ganache poured over it served tableside. This dessert does not travel well, sorry, no to go’s on this one.

      Fresh seasonal fruit layered with cookie crumbles and whipped cream.

      We like to have seasonal local desserts. the Palisade Peach cobbler was the first hit, and we will be sourcing our ingredients from Colorado farm to bring you a unique, but short lived, dessert. When the ingredients are gone, so will it! I feel a Colorado Apple something coming…

      Whistling Hare rum with strawberry juice.

    • Randy’s Olde Fashioned

      Whistling Hare bourbon served with simple syrup, and orange bitters.

      Local Talnua whiskey with fresh made lemonade.

      Dirty, dry, or lemon martini. Your choice of Whistling hare vodka or Talnua dutch-style gin.

    • Wine, Beer and Cider!

      Rotating taps, and a selection of quality wines with red varietals such as Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, and Merlot. Whites such as Chardonnay, Riesling, and Pinot Grigio. We have Colorado Glider Cider (my favorite) on tap.
